Delivery Information
We work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Orders placed before 2:30pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability and security checks.

Orders placed after 2:30pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be sent the next working day.

Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Every item is carefully packed to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
Refunds & Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items or Goods Sent in Error
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll put it right.
All returns must be authorised by us at easy-spares prior to return.

We’ll issue a returns number and provide instructions for sending the item back.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, shaver spares cannot be refunded if the packaging has been opened.
Items Ordered in Error
Ordered the wrong thing? It happens!

Our suppliers may apply a handling charge of up to 50%, which we may need to pass on to you.

The same charge may apply if you change your mind after your order has already been processed.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Goods with Incorrect Delivery Charges
Sometimes delivery costs can vary depending on area, weight, or size.

If a surcharge applies, we’ll let you know.

If you’d rather not pay the extra charge, you’ll be offered a full refund.
Warranty of Goods
We stand by the quality of our products.

All goods are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated).

If goods must be fitted internally, they are covered for 3 months from delivery, provided they are fitted by a qualified electrician or Gas Safe registered engineer (for gas parts).

This warranty does not cover damage caused by fair wear and tear, accidents, negligence, misuse, or unauthorised repairs/modifications.
If you discover a fault or have a complaint:

Notify us in writing as soon as possible.

In any case, contact us within 14 days of discovering the defect or issue.
Continuous Product Development
Because we’re always improving our products, sometimes parts supplied may look slightly different from the photograph shown- but they’ll always be the closest possible match to the original.

If you choose not to accept an alternative part, return costs will be your responsibility.
