Delivery Information
We work hard to dispatch your order quickly and safely.
Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability and security checks.
Orders placed after 2:30pm, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery charges are:
- Large Letter – Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.50
- Large Letter – Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.00
- Small Parcel – Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.00
- Small Parcel – Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.00
- Medium Parcel – Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.75
- Medium Parcel – Royal Mail Tracked 48: £5.75
- Large Parcel – Tracked Delivery: From £25.00
All delivery costs are clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
Every item is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Refunds & Returns
We're confident you'll be happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty Items or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives faulty or you receive the wrong product, we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Please note:
- All returns must be authorised by Easy-spares before being sent back
- You must contact us within 1 day of receiving your order

Once approved, we'll issue a returns number and provide instructions for returning the item.
Returned items must be:
- In their original condition
- In the original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, shaver spares cannot be returned or refunded once opened.
Items Ordered in Error
Ordered the wrong part? Don't worry, it happens.
Please be aware:
- Suppliers may apply a handling charge of up to 50%
- This charge may also apply if you change your mind after your order has been processed
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility

Incorrect Delivery Charges
In some cases, delivery costs may vary depending on the parcel size, weight, or delivery location.
If an additional surcharge applies, we'll contact you before dispatch.
If you decide not to proceed, you'll be offered a full refund.
Warranty of Goods
We stand by the quality of our products.
All goods are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of supply, unless otherwise stated.
For parts that require internal fitting:
- Warranty cover is limited to 3 months from delivery
- Parts must be fitted by a qualified electrician or a Gas Safe registered engineer for gas-related components
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:
- Fair wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Negligence or misuse
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
If you discover a fault or wish to make a complaint:
- Please notify us in writing as soon as possible
- Contact us within 14 days of discovering the issue
Continuous Product Development
As products are updated and improved, some replacement parts may look slightly different from the images shown on our website.
However, any alternative supplied will always be the closest compatible match available.
If you choose not to accept an alternative part:
- Return postage costs will be your responsibility
- A handling charge may also apply
