How do I find my appliance model number?

Your appliance model number is usually printed on a rating label or sticker located inside or on the back of the appliance. The exact location varies depending on the appliance type.

Common places to check include:

  • Inside fridge compartments
  • Around oven door frames
  • Inside washing machine door
  • On the back of the appliance

Do you sell genuine spare parts?

Yes, we supply both genuine and universal spare parts. Each product description clearly states whether the part is genuine or universal, so you can order with confidence.

All products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of supply, unless otherwise stated.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability and security checks.

Orders placed after 2:30pm, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Can I return incompatible parts?

Ordered the wrong part? Don't worry, it happens.

Please note that our suppliers may apply a handling charge of up to 50% for returned items, which we may need to pass on to you.

This charge may also apply if you change your mind after your order has already been processed.
